Just got done knifing out the new set of patterns. I have hopes this will be basically a production model. Getting them drawn, plotted, cut out and marked up has been really fun but I'm keen to start sewing. I should be able to get a harness in the mail soon for Dustin to test fly for a few days and then on to Pearson and Mitch (for his opinion on the d-bag). After hearing what the boys have to say, I plan on making the last little tweaks before the release of the product at Demo Days.

Re: The last pieces of the Puzzle

Hi Jeff,

I was talking to Zac about your new harness. It sounds pretty good.

I was with Adam when he deployed so I'm interested in improvements that you can make on our existing harness designs.

When and how will you load test the harness?

Cheers,

Phil

Re: The last pieces of the Puzzle

thoughts on aerodynamic stabilization? What would a white sail with blue wedge lined by silver look like? Real pretty I recon!! Is this design known as the flying wedge?

The folks at Highland Aerosports prove you just need the right attitude and spirit to make something happen. $290 sounds like a little, but it'll pay for a teacher's salary for a MONTH down in Ecuador with $40 left over!!
